H-Type Laser Cutting System |
H-Type is a milestone in the field of laser cutting and marking systems. The revolutionary new hi-tech H-Type uses 4 brushless motors interpolated at the same time, this produces a system with extremely high performances, with acceleration up to 8g and speed up to 4 m/s. Coupled with a range of CO2 sealed laser sources from 25 watt up to 230 watts The H-Type has a working area of 700 x 1000mm but material up to 1100 x 800mm and material loads up to 40kg can be supported, the servo controlled Z axis enables materials up to a max height of 90mm to be processed. A wide easily accessible front cover helps with loading and unloading material, the front and rear panel are easily removable to provide further assistance for larger sheet material. Air and fumes are drawn through the table by high volume vacuum pumps controlled automatically via the operating software ICARO. The H-Type provides an ideal system for the production of technical components, displays, membrane panels, acrylic, inlay works, embroidery, decorations and general converting A wide range of options provide a high level of flexibility, options include conveyors, roll feed, loading and unloading tables, CCD camera system, twin head cutting and a rotary attachment. The heart of the H-Type is a brand new control system driven by the powerful proprietary Software known as "ICARO" developed by SEI as an easy user friendly interface between the machine and operator.
