With many customers running 24/7 operations it is imperative that they have 'Peace of Mind' with regard to the performance and reliability of their equipment. Laser Systems pride themselves on the quality of their engineers, some of which have over 30 years experience coupled with a comprehensive list of spare parts ensure that systems are maintained to the highest level.
Extended warranty periods and service contracts are available for all machines and can be tailored to individual customer’s production requirements, in addition to these services we also offer 24 hour emergency telephone support and 12 hour breakdown response.
Laser Systems engineers are well known for their commitment, excellence, and knowledge of the product and industry.
From April 2004 Laser Systems renewed their long standing relationship with Gerber Innovations formally known as Data Technology. Laser Systems are the sole UK service and support agent for Gerber Innovations samplemaker’s, as well as their range of lasers, counter cutters, routers and rule processors.
As well as supporting Gerber Innovations Laser Systems can also offer support on Aristo, Misomex, Exact and Wild Samplemakers.
Our main service department located in Shefford, Bedfordshire holds significant inventory of spare parts for all the above systems but can also source parts from a wide range of suppliers.
